Service Description

Here's what you'll learn: • Refining tool skills: Deepen your experience using tools like the mitre saw, bandsaw, router, chisels, and cordless drill with greater accuracy and control. • Cabinet construction: Learn step-by-step how to build a small wall cabinet, including measuring, cutting, assembly, and mounting techniques. • Precision joinery: Explore more advanced joinery methods and refine your craftsmanship. • Finishing techniques: Learn sanding, staining, and finishing skills to give your project a polished look. • Safety in the workshop: Continue building your confidence with proper workshop safety practices. COSTS • $325 (+15% HST) per Learner All materials are included in the cost of this program. INSTRUCTOR • Jeremy Burrill Jeremy Burrill, Fiddlehead's master craftsman and a red-seal cabinetmaker, offers exceptional custom woodworking. He collaborates with clients to bring their dream projects to life, specializing in live-edge furniture, custom cabinetry, and built-ins. Using local lumber and meticulous craftsmanship, Jeremy creates functional art pieces, available unfinished or with a customized finish of your choice.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, and Cancellation Policy >> Refunds will not be offered for this one time class, but purchases can be transferred to another individual. We may also consider transferring the credit to a later class, on a case by case basis. Cancellations due to weather >> In-person classes will only be cancelled if weather conditions are quite serious. Stay tuned to social media for updates. >> If a class is cancelled due to weather, the course will be moved to the following week (unless otherwise specified).
